At Potentia, every project is approached with intention, quality, and care. Due to the nature of our limited releases, all items from this drop are produced through a preorder production process. Please review the information below before placing your order.

PREORDER WINDOW
The preorder window for this release will open on May 29 and remain available for 72 hours only.
Once the preorder window closes, no additional orders will be accepted for this release unless otherwise stated.
Production for all garments will begin immediately after the preorder window has ended.

PREORDER PROCESS
All items from this release are made-to-order during the preorder period. This production model allows Potentia to create intentionally, reduce waste, and maintain the quality standards behind every release.
Please note:
• Orders will not ship immediately after purchase.
• Production begins only after the preorder window has officially closed.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the preorder timeline outlined below.

ESTIMATED TIMELINE
Preorders close approximately on June 1.
After the preorder window closes, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production, fulfillment, and delivery.
Estimated timeline:
• Production: Approximately 25–30 business days
• Shipping Transit (U.S.): Approximately 13–18 business days via air shipping
• Fulfillment & Processing: 1–3 business days after inventory arrives
Estimated delivery window:
Orders are expected to begin arriving between mid-to-late July, depending on production completion, shipping carrier timelines, and fulfillment speed.
While we strive to fulfill every order as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to manufacturing, customs, shipping carriers, holidays, or high order volume. If any significant delays occur, customers will be updated accordingly.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation email.

We currently only ship within the United States.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

At this time, Potentia does not offer international shipping.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Unfortunately customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Potentia is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package has been shipped, Potentia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

• Photos of the damaged packaging/product
• A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and work toward the best possible resolution.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of preorder production, all sales are considered final once the preorder window has closed.
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after production has begun.
