Shipping & Order Policy

At Potentia Initiative, we strive to process, prepare, and deliver every order with care, intention, and efficiency.

Please note that our releases may vary by drop. Some items may be premade and ready to ship, while others may be released through a limited preorder model. Product availability, production timelines, and shipping estimates will always be stated on the product page or drop details before purchase.

 

In-Stock / Premade Items

If an item is premade and available in stock, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information through the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Domestic delivery: Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

 

Preorder Items

Some Potentia releases may be available through a limited preorder. This means the item is not immediately ready to ship at the time of purchase. Instead, the item will enter production after the preorder window closes.

If an item is a preorder, this will be clearly stated before purchase.

 

Preorder Timeline

Once the preorder window closes, production will begin. Production timelines may vary depending on the item, garment complexity, manufacturer schedule, and overall logistics.

For preorder items, the estimated production and delivery timeline is typically 5–7 weeks after the preorder window closes.

Please note:

Production takes 5–7 weeks before the standard 3–7 business day shipping window applies.

This means preorder items are not expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after purchase. The 3–7 business day delivery estimate only begins once the item has completed production, passed inspection, and been shipped to the customer.

 

Order Fulfillment Process

For preorder items, the fulfillment process is as follows:

  1. The preorder window closes.
  2. Production begins with our manufacturer.
  3. Once production is complete, the items are shipped to us.
  4. We inspect, package, and prepare each order with care.
  5. Your order is shipped to you, and tracking information is provided.

 

Estimated Shipping Dates

We will provide estimated timelines for preorder items whenever possible. These timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to production delays, shipping delays, manufacturer schedules, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If any major delay occurs, we will do our best to keep customers updated through email, our website, or our social media platforms.

 

Updates & Communication

We believe in keeping our customers informed throughout the process. For preorder drops, updates may be shared through email and/or Potentia Initiative’s official social media platforms, including Instagram.

Please make sure your contact information is correct at checkout so you can receive important updates regarding your order.

 

Final Sale / Cancellation Policy

Because each drop may vary, final sale terms will depend on the type of item purchased.

For premade/in-stock items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For preorder items, orders may not be canceled after the preorder window closes because production begins based on confirmed demand.

Please double-check your size, shipping information, and order details before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and assist you.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Potentia Initiative is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Potentia Initiative is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We will do our best to help provide any information needed for your claim.
