Why is this a preorder?

This allows us to produce the project intentionally, avoid waste, and bring the piece to life with care.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Free USA shipping is included.

What size should I get?

The hoodie has a slightly oversized fit. Order your normal size for a relaxed true fit, or size up for a more oversized look.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Because this is a limited preorder item, all sales are final once production begins.

At Potentia, every release is produced with intention, craftsmanship, and quality over quantity.

The Ingenium collection is currently in production. Orders placed today will be fulfilled from this production run and shipped as soon as inventory arrives and completes final quality inspection.

CURRENT PRODUCTION STATUS

The Ingenium collection is currently being manufactured.

Because this is a limited production release, orders will not ship immediately after purchase.

Once production is complete and inventory arrives at our fulfillment location, all orders will be processed and shipped in the order they were received.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

We currently expect customer orders to begin arriving between late July and early August 2026.

Estimated timeline:

• Production: Currently in progress

• Quality Inspection & Fulfillment: 1–3 business days after inventory arrives

• U.S. Shipping Transit: Approximately 3–7 business days depending on destination

While we strive to meet these estimates, shipping timelines may occasionally vary due to manufacturing, customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Should any significant delays occur, customers will be notified promptly.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

We currently ship only within the United States.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Potentia does not offer international shipping.

We hope to expand internationally in future releases.

LIMITED RELEASE INFORMATION

Ingenium is a limited production release.

Orders remain available only while inventory from this production run lasts.

Once inventory is sold out, this release is not guaranteed to return.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.

Potentia is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Potentia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Because production is already underway and inventory is allocated upon purchase, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once they have been placed.
