Final Sale Policy :

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After the preorder window closes, all orders are locked in and production begins. Because each item is produced based on preorder demand, cancellations after production begins may not be accepted.

This policy is in place due to the pre-order nature of our drops, where each piece is made-to-order specifically for you.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

 

Chargeback Disputes :

By completing a purchase with Potentia, you agree not to file a chargeback or dispute the transaction with your payment processor.
